 PIVOT's performance teams are designed to take your ON2 salsa  or bachata dancing skills beyond the basics, focusing on developing choreography, refined technique, stage presence, and the ability to confidently perform a polished routine in front of an audience, often incorporating intricate footwork, stylish turns, and dynamic partner connection, suitable for dancers with a solid foundation in salsa basics who want to showcase their dancing in a performance setting.  

 Seattle Slaydies reflects the medley of identities that make up our community so that anyone who's part of our dance team may see themselves reflected on stage. As individuals, we recognize that each of us has value and has something worthy to contribute. Respect for ourselves and others is crucial in everything we do. We will always continue to maintain a space for everyone on our team to be seen, respected, embraced and heard by leading by example. 

 Our PIVOT Youth Scholarship Dance Program inspires and empowers young dancers through a curriculum focused on essential life and dance skills. Participants will receive comprehensive training in dance etiquette, teamwork, and personal boundaries, ensuring a respectful and safe environment. This program cultivates both talent and confidence, preparing students for the stage and beyond.
