Need a clean, quiet space to rehearse with a partner? PIVOT offers a private studio rental for up to two dancers—perfect for drilling technique, or preparing choreography. Enjoy full mirrors, great floors, and a high-quality sound system, all in a comfortable, distraction-free environment.
Best for small student groups of 3 to 6 dancers for practicing or reheasing - $22.50 per hour
Got a group rehearsal, combo to clean, or a performance to prep? PIVOT offers spacious studio rentals perfect for groups of 3–6 dancers. Enjoy full mirrors, smooth floors, quality sound, and a comfortable, professional space to practice without distractions.

- Payment is required upfront to secure the reservation.
- No walk-ins without prior approval.

- Your rental period includes set-up and clean-up. Staying past your scheduled time may result in additional charges.

- Do not adjust thermostat, unplug equipment, or access staff-only areas.
- No dragging chairs, benches, or heavy objects across the floor.

- No explicit music if minors are present in the studio.
- Respect concurrent classes or rentals in adjacent rooms.

- No food allowed in studio rooms (water only).

- Report any injuries or damage immediately.
- Renters are responsible for the cost of damage caused during their booking.
