Elevate your training with access to PIVOT’s clean, professional studio spaces—perfect for private lessons, partner practice, small-group rehearsals, or choreography sessions. Dancers enjoy full mirrors, smooth floors, quality sound, and easy hourly booking. Our small studio also features a comfortable seating lounge, ideal for resting between rounds, reviewing videos, or welcoming a guest. Whether you're polishing technique or preparing for a performance, PIVOT provides the space, comfort, and atmosphere to help you grow.

    • All rentals must be booked in advance through our app or approved booking link.
       
    • Payment is required upfront to secure the reservation.
       
    • No walk-ins without prior approval.

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the booking time.
       
    • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

    • Please arrive and leave on time.
       
    • Your rental period includes set-up and clean-up. Staying past your scheduled time may result in additional charges.

    • Renters may use the mirrors, lights, and sound system respectfully.
       
    • Do not adjust thermostat, unplug equipment, or access staff-only areas.
       
    • No dragging chairs, benches, or heavy objects across the floor.

    • Keep music at a reasonable volume.
       
    • No explicit music if minors are present in the studio.
       
    • Respect concurrent classes or rentals in adjacent rooms.

    • Leave the room in the same condition you found it.
       
    • Throw away trash, pick up personal items, and wipe up spills.
       
    • No food allowed in studio rooms (water only).

    • Dance-appropriate, non-marking shoes only.
       
    • No heels without heel caps; no street shoes, boots, or muddy footwear.

    • Do not remove or relocate mirrors, lighting, or furniture without permission.

    • Only the number of dancers listed on the booking may be present.
       
    • No unapproved classes, workshops, or paid sessions without studio consent.
       
    • All minors must have adult supervision.

    • Recording for personal use is allowed.
       
    • Commercial shoots must be approved and may require a different rate.
       
    • Be mindful of other renters’ privacy.

    • No running, acrobatics, or dangerous movement without proper training.
       
    • Report any injuries or damage immediately.
       
    • Renters are responsible for the cost of damage caused during their booking.

    • Repeated violations may result in loss of rental privileges.
