DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

PIVOT Dance Emporium LLC (“PIVOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and provides individuals with a way to request deletion of personal information maintained by PIVOT, including certain information received through Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

To request deletion of your personal information, email:

Data Deletion Request

Please provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the records associated with your request. This may include your:

• Name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Facebook or Instagram account/profile name, if applicable; and
• A brief description of the information you would like deleted.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, access tokens, or other authentication credentials by email.

If you have communicated with PIVOT through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you may request deletion of information PIVOT received and maintains from those communications.

Depending on your interaction with us, this may include:

• Platform-specific identifiers;
• Message content;
• Conversation history;
• Message timestamps;
• Message status information; and
• Information associated with the conversation within PIVOT's internal business systems.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your information from unauthorized deletion.

After verifying a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to delete applicable personal information from systems under PIVOT's control, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

• Financial and tax records;
• Fraud prevention;
• Security;
• Legal compliance;
• Resolving disputes;
• Establishing or defending legal claims; or
• Other legitimate business purposes permitted by law.

Information maintained independently by Meta or another third-party provider may need to be deleted directly through that provider.
